The musical and cultural association for social promotion called "Accordion Alpe Adria APS" is hereby established, pursuant to the Italian Civil Code, Legislative Decree No. 117 of July 3, 2017, and applicable regional laws.
The "Accordion Alpe Adria APS" association, hereinafter referred to as the "association," has its registered office at 14 Dughe, 33040 Stregna (Italy).
The association has an unlimited duration in accordance with the perpetuation of its objectives.
It is governed by this statute, inspired by the principles of democracy and equal rights for all members, and by applicable laws.
Any relocation of the headquarters does not constitute a change to the statute and may be approved by the board of directors.
The association is a non-profit, apolitical, non-partisan, and non-denominational organization, and pursues civic, solidarity, and socially beneficial goals.
The association vision is to consolidate the traditional and historical musical identity of the local communities of the Alpe-Adria region and pass it on to new generations as an innovative and transversal cultural value.
The association overall objective is to promote the folk music of the historic linguistic communities of the Alpe-Adria region. To this end, it aims to:
foster relationships between linguistic communities, individuals, and public and private entities, both profit and non-profit;
facilitate access to traditional folk music, particularly among younger generations;
disseminate the historical traditional musical repertoire through written texts, sheet music, videos, and audio.
